To begin, click on the Registration tab above

If you are a current member of the Utah Youth Soccer Association, please enter your user name and password to access the system. If you are new to the system, create an account so that you can access the online registration system.

Please have your "player assignment code" ready.
*if you do not have one, contact your team manager/coach.

Have your method of payment ready for use.
*A credit card will be charged 3.1% per payment. An echeck is $5 per payment.

All NEW players to competition soccer will need a form of legal documentation of birth, ie Birth Certificate.
Please be prepared to upload your birth documentation as part of registration.
*The wallet size birth certificate is not a valid form of documentation*

EVERY PLAYER will need to upload a new photo (head shot only) as part of the registration process. This photo needs to be clear, with just your player in it. No selfies, no silly faces, no hats, and no animals, no other friends or family members, etc. If the uploaded photo is not within those guidelines, it will be deleted, and your player cannot play until it has been replaced. This will be the photo used for team rosters and player cards.

Helpful Hints:
--We accept major credit cards and e-checks

--There will be a convenience fee for payments (3.1%, credit cards or $5 for e-checks)

--There will be payment options during checkout

--Print out all forms at the end of registering

--Take signed Player Participation Form, and your Razzia Parent/Player Code of Conduct to your coach/team manager

--If you are a new player to UYSA comp, take a copy of your Birth Certificate (and Foreign Translation Form, if applicable) to your coach if you didn't upload it during registration.

--This is part 1 of 2 registrations. This is the registration for UYSA. You will still need to complete part 2 on the Razzia website.
